Base Salary
$174k - $209k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead development efforts across Schwab’s suite of iOS mobile applications.
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to engineering team members.
- Participate in design discussions and collaborate on the application vision and roadmap.
- Remove engineering roadblocks and develop reusable artifacts, modules, and assets.
- Build mobile finance applications supporting retail, retirement, and institutional investors.
Requirements
- 9+ years of iOS development experience with team leadership experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and deep experience coaching and mentoring junior developers.
- Experience with REST, JSON, XML, and interfacing Android applications with server-side APIs.
- Proficiency with Swift and SwiftUI.
- Solid understanding of algorithms, memory management, and real-time communications.
- Familiarity with Agile practices.
- Understanding of mobile encryption algorithms, analytics, and social channel integration.
