Responsibilities
- Build tools and automate processes supporting Clio’s production infrastructure.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on cross-disciplinary architectural and scaling challenges.
- Define infrastructure requirements with product feature teams and implement infrastructure for new product launches.
- Deploy, secure, and scale highly available, multi-region Kubernetes infrastructure for production workloads.
- Administer and optimize cloud resources and share systems knowledge across the department.
Requirements
- Experience building and supporting highly available, multi-region production infrastructure.
- Proficiency writing clean, maintainable, collaborative code for infrastructure tools, services, and systems.
- Experience deploying, securing, and scaling Kubernetes clusters in production, with emphasis on automation and observability.
- Experience administering and optimizing cloud resources using infrastructure-as-code tools, preferably in Azure.
- Curiosity, motivation to learn, and a focus on addressing root causes; experience with AI-assisted work is of interest.
- Preferred experience includes C# or another object-oriented language, Azure with Terraform or Pulumi, AKS, Azure CLI or PowerShell, Windows or Linux hosts, observability dashboards and monitoring, and SQL Server, Azure SQL, or Elasticsearch.
