Responsibilities
- Design and iterate on prompts, evaluations, and model interfaces.
- Build and orchestrate agent workflows.
- Integrate AI components into the product and infrastructure.
- Improve reliability and scalability of AI-driven systems in high-stakes financial workflows.
- Ship end-to-end features with product, design, and engineering.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience building products at high-growth companies.
- Familiarity with current AI developments, practices, and frameworks.
- Familiarity with web development, relational databases, and distributed systems.
- Preferred: experience with data pipelines, mission-critical systems such as fintech, or complex workflow engines.
