Responsibilities
- Administer the Kubernetes environment end to end and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Terraform and Ansible.
- Manage resources across AWS EKS and NeoCloud providers as part of a high-performance hybrid architecture.
- Oversee training data in a Data Lake, including filtering incoming streams and removing noise from training phases.
- Provide high-level technical consulting and solve complex problems for development teams.
- Implement and maintain monitoring with Grafana and Prometheus for performance and stability.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging NeoCloud providers into the hybrid infrastructure strategy.
Requirements
- Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, software engineering, cloud computing, or a related field, or an IT apprenticeship.
- At least six years of proven experience in systems administration and DevOps.
- Mastery of Kubernetes, EKS, Docker, and Ansible.
- Extensive experience with Terraform, Grafana, and Prometheus.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking and identity providers such as Keycloak or Active Directory.
- Ability to automate recurring solutions and evaluate new tools such as GPUaaS.
- Fluent spoken and written English; German is advantageous.
- Openness to learning, trying new tools, and continuous technical improvement.
