Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Build and operate production-grade Generative AI solutions involving large language models, AI agents, copilots, and AI-driven workflows.
- Design reasoning workflows, prompts, orchestration logic, tool and function integrations, and connections to enterprise APIs, data sources, and platforms.
- Own AI-based solutions end to end, including design, development, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Automate software deployment processes using internal deployment platforms, methodologies, and tools.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, data professionals, business teams, and other engineers to translate requirements into solutions.
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests, debug complex issues, and provide technical support for deployed applications.
- Maintain comprehensive application, deployment, and system configuration documentation and improve development and deployment processes.
Requirements
- Basic fluency in English and the ability to work across multiple time zones and cultures.
- Full-stack software development experience.
- Proven hands-on experience delivering Generative AI solutions using large language models in production-grade systems.
- Practical experience building AI agents, copilots, or intelligent assistants with orchestration logic, prompt engineering, tool or function calling, and system integration.
- Ability to work independently and solve complex business problems with Generative AI.
- Preferred: BA/BS in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred: Master's or PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
- Preferred: demonstrated ability to lead technical teams.
- Preferred: experience with traditional ERP, CRM, and database platforms.
- Preferred: experience applying Generative AI in enterprise or regulated environments with attention to security, compliance, and Responsible AI principles.
- Preferred: experience with AI platforms, agent frameworks, retrieval-augmented generation, or multi-agent systems.
- Preferred: experience partnering with product, data, and business teams to create AI-driven software solutions.
