Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD and MLOps pipelines for automated application and AI model deployments.
- Manage cloud infrastructure and compute resources with Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Implement end-to-end observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.
- Collaborate with development and AI/ML teams to containerize applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Provision and manage AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, and EKS.
- Scale and optimize Amazon EKS workloads, including cluster upgrades and node group tuning.
- Configure NGINX for ingress routing, reverse proxying, load balancing, and SSL/TLS termination.
- Build dashboards, define SLOs/SLAs, and establish proactive alerting through PagerDuty and Datadog.
- Provide self-service platform tools for AI teams and optimize GPU/TPU compute resources.
Requirements
- Requires a BSc, B.Tech, or BE in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Requires 3–6 years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or a related field.
- Requires extensive hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and core cloud services.
- Requires proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized workloads at scale.
- Requires strong expertise building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
- Requires deep understanding of observability, telemetry, and monitoring tools including Datadog, OpenTelemetry, and Grafana.
- Preferred experience includes testing methodologies and unit, integration, system, and API testing.
- Preferred qualifications include networking knowledge, security principles, risk management, threat modeling, secure configuration, databases, and data engineering concepts.
- An active Cloud Solution Architect certification, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, is preferred.
- Requires fluent English and strong written and verbal communication skills.
