Responsibilities
- Design and operate dedicated customer sandbox environments and ensure their reliable operation.
- Automate cloud infrastructure using Terraform or Bicep.
- Develop, administer, and maintain GitLab-based deployment pipelines.
- Integrate customer-specific requirements, including Keycloak, ADFS, Microsoft Entra ID, and APIs.
- Configure customer-specific DNS structures and Azure networking components.
- Optimize cloud monitoring and observability solutions for system reliability.
- Adapt existing automation to changes in the Microsoft Azure and GitLab platforms.
- Collaborate directly with customers and stakeholders in a German-speaking environment.
Requirements
- Practical experience automating cloud infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience developing, administering, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of cloud compute and hosting, including Kubernetes, AKS, and containers.
- Confident understanding of Azure networking fundamentals.
- Knowledge of identity and access management and directory services such as Keycloak, ADFS, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Experience configuring Application Gateway, APIs, and customer-specific DNS structures.
- Knowledge of cloud platform monitoring, including Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Grafana, and Prometheus.
- Strong communication and structured working skills for direct customer and stakeholder collaboration.
- German language proficiency at C1 level.
- Terraform or Bicep knowledge is advantageous.
- GitLab or GitHub experience managing CI/CD pipelines is advantageous.
