Responsibilities

  • Lead or contribute to solutioning for medical device verification and validation, software testing, systems testing, quality engineering, and test automation opportunities.
  • Support RFPs, RFIs, capability presentations, solution proposals, estimations, staffing models, and technical architectures.
  • Translate customer testing challenges into automation strategies, target-state architectures, transformation roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Participate in client discovery, assessment workshops, framework reviews, estimation reviews, and pursuit governance activities.
  • Define and guide automation framework architectures across UI, API, integration, data, regression, smoke, performance, and continuous testing.
  • Contribute hands-on to proof-of-concepts, framework selection, automation feasibility assessments, test data strategies, CI/CD integration patterns, and reporting models.
  • Identify and drive GenAI use cases for requirements analysis, test design, script generation, test data creation, defect triage, regression optimization, and quality analytics.

Requirements

  • Expertise in test automation and quality engineering, including framework architecture and UI, API, integration, and regression automation.
  • Experience with continuous testing, CI/CD integration, test data management, reporting solutions, automation prototypes, estimation, and risk assessment.
  • Knowledge of AI-enabled test engineering, GenAI testing use cases, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, automated test design, script generation, defect analytics, regression optimization, prompt engineering, and Copilot-based development.
  • Understanding of responsible AI practices in regulated environments.
  • Experience with medical device verification and validation lifecycles, risk-based testing, requirements traceability, validation evidence, audit-ready documentation, quality engineering, compliance, sustaining support, and release readiness.
  • Ability to provide solution consulting, architecture design, proposal support, customer engagement, and technology transformation guidance.
