Responsibilities
- Design and build high-throughput backend services for processing agent traces.
- Own the API surface for SDKs and dashboards, managing contracts and versioning.
- Optimize the OLAP layer for performance as data grows to petabyte scale.
- Collaborate with platform and infrastructure teams on scalability and reliability.
- Advocate for high standards in backend engineering quality.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in building high-throughput backend systems.
- Strong fundamentals in API design and data modeling.
- Hands-on experience with OLAP databases like ClickHouse or Presto.
- Experience in designing high-performance distributed systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to improve team collaboration.
