Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and participate in business process reviews and solution design sessions.
- Configure and implement AVEVA AIM solutions, including information models, metadata, document management structures, and security settings.
- Develop and support integrations with AVEVA and third-party enterprise systems using APIs, data mapping, migration, synchronization, and validation processes.
- Support system testing, deployment, user acceptance, troubleshooting, training, workshops, and knowledge transfer.
- Work directly with customers to translate business requirements into functional solutions and provide asset information management best-practice guidance.
- Prepare solution documentation, configuration specifications, implementation plans, proposals, effort estimates, and project planning materials.
- Support demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical workshops alongside sales and account teams.
- Contribute to project delivery, reusable templates, implementation accelerators, information governance, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in enterprise software implementation, solution consulting, system integration, or information management.
- Hands-on experience with AVEVA Asset Information Management, engineering information management, or similar enterprise information management platforms.
- Experience delivering software implementation or integration projects.
- Working knowledge of AVEVA AIM configuration, information models, metadata management, and security concepts.
- Experience with REST APIs, XML, JSON, web services, and system integration technologies.
- Development or scripting experience with C#, .NET, PowerShell, or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of SQL Server, database design, reporting, and data analysis.
- Experience working with customer workshops, solution presentations, or pre-sales activities is advantageous.
- Exposure to mining, energy, utilities, oil and gas, chemicals, or manufacturing is desirable.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or AWS and understanding of engineering and asset information are desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, customer-service, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and travel occasionally within Australia and the APAC region.
