Responsibilities
- Analyze client and software requirements and convert them into feasible designs.
- Develop, maintain, modify, and optimize software programs and modules.
- Create and execute test cases and automate software validation processes.
- Troubleshoot defects, perform root cause analysis, and improve system performance and availability.
- Support software installation, system modifications, continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring.
- Prepare code documentation, flowcharts, reports, project specifications, and status updates.
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, analysts, and engineering staff to support delivery.
- Capture client requirements and feedback and respond to customer requests in a timely, professional manner.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience with Mainframe.
- Ability to analyze requirements, system flows, data usage, work processes, and software problems.
- Ability to code, test, debug, document, and maintain software solutions.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff.
- Ability to prepare accurate technical documentation, reports, and project status updates.
- Commitment to quality assurance, customer focus, and timely delivery.
