Base Salary
$185k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ship end-to-end product features, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and production ownership.
- Work directly with users to turn feedback into rapid product improvements.
- Build and operate frontend and backend systems that remain fast and reliable as traffic grows.
- Review pull requests, share context, and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- Have 2–5 years of professional experience building products as a full-stack developer.
- Have built real-world applications used by people with a high bar for quality.
- Be comfortable working in a small team where ownership and speed are expected.
- Prior founder or founding engineer experience, strong product taste, experience building LLM-powered products, and proficiency in Python, TypeScript, React, TailwindCSS, and Redux are preferred or bonus qualifications.
