Base Salary
$170k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ship end-to-end features by designing, coding, testing, deploying, and owning them in production.
- Work directly with users to quickly turn feedback into product improvements.
- Build and operate frontend and backend systems that maintain performance as traffic increases.
- Review pull requests and mentor junior engineers to enhance team quality.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of professional experience as a full stack developer.
- Demonstrated ability to build real-world applications with a high quality standard.
- Comfortable working in a small team with a focus on ownership and speed.
- Experience building products that users actively engage with is highly valued.
