Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Participate in all phases of product development, including design, development, testing, and release.
- Lead large, high-visibility projects.
- Manage deadlines and navigate ambiguity.
- Ship scalable production code across the development stack.
- Own the software development lifecycle, including architecture, development, testing, and observability.
- Build and foster relationships with agile teams of engineers, product managers, and designers.
- Mentor peers to promote learning and growth.
- Promote new technologies and processes to improve workflows.
- Work with cutting-edge GenAI tools and technology.
Requirements
- 7+ years of meaningful experience in full stack software development.
- A results-oriented mindset focused on delivering quickly and reliably.
- Ability to integrate generative AI tools into daily workflows.
- Passion for technology with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Strong understanding of system design and architecture.
- Entrepreneurial mentality with a strong bias to action.
