Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Flex platform services on AWS.
- Build and maintain highly scalable, distributed systems.
- Write automated unit and integration tests and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
- Refactor code and uphold engineering standards through reviews.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure sprint commitments are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently or collaboratively.
- Document systems and contribute to operational playbooks.
- Rapidly acquire new skills in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in developing cloud enterprise SaaS applications in Java.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or other public cloud platforms.
- Experience building scalable, real-time distributed systems using microservices.
- Familiarity with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with REST API design and implementation.
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and caching solutions.
- Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to translate system designs into software implementations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
