Responsibilities
- Develop customer applications for Work Order management, scheduling, and dispatch.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key functionalities within custom ServiceNow instances.
- Enhance ServiceNow event rules to ensure proper CMDB binding.
- Interact with technical SMEs to gather necessary environment information for service mapping.
Requirements
- Experience with ServiceNow Solution Architect roles focusing on FSM, CSM, and SOM.
- Ability to communicate and implement FSM, CSM, and SOM solutions.
- Experience developing interfaces for various user audiences.
- Proficient in developing integrated logic and functional components for ServiceNow APIs.
- Knowledge of service-oriented and distributed application architecture.
- Understanding of Credential less and Credential based Discovery.
- Experience with installing, configuring, and integrating ServiceNow products.
- Ability to prevent duplicate CIs with CI identifiers.
- Proficient in configuring Identification Rules for Service Mapping.
