Responsibilities

  • Understand customer AI strategies and business-critical challenges and identify suitable Celonis-based solutions.
  • Rapidly build AI prototypes during customer hackathons to solve complex business problems.
  • Support agentic process transformation and help customers achieve measurable ROI from AI deployments at scale.
  • Execute end-to-end Proof-of-Value projects tailored to customer AI strategies.
  • Develop expertise in selected business domains or industries, such as Supply Chain.
  • Present and quantify strategic business value to senior executives.
  • Remain involved until agreed value and adoption thresholds are achieved.
  • Create reusable collateral, best practices, and tools for the Global Value Engineering Center of Excellence.
  • Build and code within the Celonis platform using SQL, PQL, and Python.
  • Scope business and technical requirements, handle objections, deliver demos, manage customer accounts, and support value realization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Analytics/Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
  • Excellent academic performance.
  • Extensive internship experience or 1–2 years of full-time work experience, ideally at the intersection of business and technology.
  • Understanding of generative AI techniques including RAG, few-shot learning, prompt/context engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, or fine-tuning.
  • Good knowledge of Python, common ML libraries, and data engineering tools and technologies.
  • Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, customer-facing presentation, organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch.
  • Foundational business acumen and domain understanding, such as Supply Chain.
  • Preferred qualifications include technical and business education, customer-facing or sales experience, technical proof-of-concept work, agentic systems experience, LLM ecosystem experience, Supply Chain process experience, ROI/TCO modeling, and ERP experience with SAP or Oracle.
