Responsibilities
- Understand customer AI strategies and business-critical challenges and translate requirements into Celonis solutions.
- Rapidly build creative AI prototypes during customer hackathons and technical proof projects.
- Support agentic process transformation using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
- Execute end-to-end Proof-of-Value projects and align solutions with customer AI strategies.
- Specialize in business domains or industries and develop reusable best practices, collateral, and tools.
- Present and quantify strategic business value to senior executives.
- Remain involved through implementation, adoption, and agreed value-realization thresholds.
- Build and code within the Celonis platform using SQL, PQL, and Python while managing customer accounts.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics or Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
- Excellent academic performance.
- Extensive internship experience or 1–2 years of full-time work experience, ideally at the intersection of business and technology.
- Understanding of generative AI techniques including RAG, few-shot learning, prompt/context engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, or fine-tuning.
- Good knowledge of Python, common ML libraries, and data engineering tools and technologies.
- Customer-centric problem-solving skills, confidence presenting to diverse audiences, strong organization, and excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Dutch.
- Foundational business acumen and domain understanding, such as Supply Chain.
- Preferred qualifications include customer-facing or sales experience, technical proof-of-concept experience, agentic system development, LLM ecosystem knowledge, Supply Chain experience, ROI/TCO modeling, and SAP or Oracle experience.
