Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Toast products and integrated partners.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Sales Representatives to identify client solutions.
- Translate business goals into tailored solutions for customers.
- Travel nationwide to present Toast solutions to key stakeholders.
- Demonstrate the value of solutions to various buying personas.
- Collaborate with the product team to influence strategic investments.
- Consult with prospects on competitive performance using industry experience.
- Plan and execute customer conferences and industry trade shows with marketing.
Requirements
- Hospitality or POS knowledge or related industry experience is required.
- Experience with multi-location brands or complex IT systems is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel 30% or more to support business needs.
- Strong presentation skills and executive presence are essential.
- Highly collaborative with a focus on partnership with sales and product teams.
- Strong understanding of APIs; coding skills are not required.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage a multi-stage pipeline.
- Ability to handle complex customer communications while ensuring satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are necessary.
