Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality code and detailed technical designs for complex software components.
- Design, develop, test, document, deploy, maintain, and support software applications.
- Troubleshoot complex defects and propose solutions balancing risk, complexity, effort, and requirements.
- Lead software design and code reviews and maintain coding standards.
- Develop AI-powered applications and integrate AI services through APIs to create intelligent user experiences.
- Contribute across development, quality engineering, test automation, troubleshooting, and release readiness.
- Lead and mentor team members and provide direction on technical work.
- Collaborate with product owners, product management, architects, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in architecture discussions, cross-team planning, interoperability efforts, training, and consultation.
- Provide stakeholder status updates, escalate issues, and participate in the software development process through release.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Solid experience with Java, J2EE, J2EE web technologies, frameworks, and application servers such as WebLogic, Tomcat, JBoss, and WebSphere.
- Experience with SQL, ORM, database tools and frameworks, client-side technologies, and modern UI frameworks such as React, Angular, and Vue.js.
- Experience using Generative AI tools and developing applications powered by Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI technologies.
- Knowledge of LLM platforms such as OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, and Claude, plus prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, MCP, copilot integrations, and AI-driven workflows.
- Experience integrating AI services through APIs and exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP for AI-enabled application deployments.
- Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, SSO, OAuth, OpenID Connect, or SAML-based authentication systems.
- Experience with cloud-native development, Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.
- Understanding of web application security, secure coding, vulnerabilities, authentication, authorization, and access control.
- Experience with AI-driven digital experience platforms, enterprise portals, or SaaS products is highly desirable.
- Ability to create scalable, intuitive, and user-friendly web interfaces and collaborate effectively across technical and business functions.
