Base Salary
$178k - $227k/yr
Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain threat models for software projects.
- Perform manual and automated secure code reviews, primarily in Java, Python, and JavaScript.
- Develop security automation tools and conduct adversarial security analysis.
- Provide security architecture and design guidance.
- Deliver security training and outreach for internal development teams.
- Solve novel security problems independently and influence partner teams’ processes, priorities, and technical choices.
Requirements
- Require 8+ years of Application Security or Development experience.
- Require 5+ years identifying security issues and risks and developing mitigation plans.
- Require 4+ years of non-internship scripting, programming, and security code review experience.
- Require 4+ years of non-internship experience troubleshooting systems issues, analyzing logs, or automating complex tasks with command-line tools.
- Require knowledge of at least two of Scala, Java, Python, C, C++, or Go.
- Require industry-based experience identifying security vulnerabilities, attack patterns, and remediation techniques.
- Prefer security experience with service-oriented architectures, microservices, and web services.
- Prefer one or more of CCSP, CEH, CFR, Cloud+, CySA+, GCED, GICSP, or PenTest+ certifications.
