Responsibilities
- Own the foundations of LLM usage across the company, including cost visibility and data privacy.
- Design sandboxing, orchestration, audit, and guardrail layers for product teams.
- Solve complex problems like prompt-injection defenses and multi-tenant isolation.
- Create orchestration and resource models for efficient system operation.
- Develop AI-assisted development platforms for code review and automation.
- Ensure reliable and safe agent operation for all teams with proper credentials and scheduling.
- Take end-to-end ownership of architecture, implementation, and user feedback.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and product teams for safe agent deployments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building backend systems in production.
- Proficiency in at least one of Python, TypeScript, Go, or Rust.
- Strong fundamentals in distributed systems and API design.
- Experience building shared infrastructure or developer-facing services.
- Intuition for developer experience and long-term maintainability.
- Comfortable with the full lifecycle of service ownership.
- Experience with observability stacks and incident response.
- Cloud-native experience with Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code.
