Responsibilities
- Own the entire lifecycle of flight booking features from conception to deployment.
- Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to enhance customer experiences.
- Architect scalable systems and data models for performance and reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and raise the technical standards of the team.
- Coordinate multi-team deliverables and resolve technical blockers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product leadership and translating business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Strong background in system architecture and designing scalable, evolvable systems.
- Expertise in frontend and backend development, including API versioning and state management.
- Experience with operational maturity practices, including observability and incident response.
- Familiarity with AI-augmented workflows and modern development tools.
