Responsibilities
- Build strong customer relationships and advocate for their needs.
- Pivot between delivery and strategic engagements with customers.
- Support customers' goals and strategic requirements with Elastic solutions.
- Own the strategic roadmap and conduct quarterly sessions with stakeholders.
- Design and integrate Elastic products and APIs in critical environments.
- Develop demos and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate Elastic Stack value.
- Optimize data modeling, query development, and cluster tuning.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams for feature enhancements.
- Engage with the sales team to scope opportunities and assess risks.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch and/or Lucene.
- Minimum of 2 years as a Software Engineer, System Administrator, or DevOps Engineer.
- At least 5 years of consulting experience in professional services.
- Current holder of German security clearance.
- Fluency in German is essential.
- Experience as a technical instructor or public speaker.
- Ability to gather and execute solutions to customer requirements.
- Understanding of open-source technology and proficiency in a programming language.
- Experience with large distributed systems from an architecture perspective.
- Knowledge of information retrieval and analytics.
