Responsibilities
- Craft solutions and designs for projects that meet Aviva's technology standards.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to less experienced Solution Architects.
- Lead key designs to align with Aviva IT's long-term strategic goals.
- Perform early triage and shaping of IT initiatives for investment decisions.
- Ensure design artifacts support service, security, architecture, and engineering.
- Supervise the integrity of end-to-end solutions and transition states.
Requirements
- Passionate about technology and its benefits for customers.
- Deep technical experience across various customer and business scenarios.
- Financial acumen to support business case development and design decisions.
- Excellent design and architecture skills.
- Strong business partner and relationship management skills.
- Experience in agile delivery methods.
- Experience in cloud technologies, especially Amazon Web Services, is desirable.
