Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, monitor, and iterate on full-stack features across frontend and backend systems.
- Integrate AI and LLM capabilities into chat, automation, personalization, and agentic self-service workflows.
- Build and maintain cloud data pipelines, including ingestion, transformation, data quality checks, and ETL across a bronze/silver/gold/platinum medallion architecture.
- Participate in client, partner, product, and stakeholder conversations, translating feedback into product and engineering decisions.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and help define architecture, development patterns, and technical direction.
- Support and troubleshoot production issues, including client-facing incidents when needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience building and shipping full-stack web applications, including architecture experience predating the LLM era.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React or Vue, Node.js, a backend language such as Python or Java, API design, and relational databases.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, including cloud data pipelines and ETL using medallion architecture.
- Production experience building and shipping AI/LLM features, such as RAG pipelines or vector databases, plus familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
- Excellent written and spoken English and the ability to explain technical concepts to clients, partners, and non-technical stakeholders.
- Flexible, product-minded, collaborative, accountable, and comfortable working across products and technologies.
- Reliable, deadline-driven, and able to estimate work and raise risks early.
- Active GitHub profile or portfolio of personal or side projects.
- Preferred experience includes Java, Spring, Spring Boot, generative avatar or video rendering, speech-to-text or transcription pipelines, agent orchestration frameworks, multi-step tool-use patterns, and Go.
