Responsibilities
- Build and maintain integrations between business systems using Workato and Python.
- Implement AI agents to enrich prospect and customer data.
- Monitor deal health across the open pipeline and surface risk.
- Track competitive mentions and correlate them with outcomes.
- Develop tools that safely expose business-system data to LLMs.
- Integrate with REST and SOAP APIs using JSON/XML.
- Apply ETL techniques and data modeling approaches for data flows.
- Write SQL scripts to analyze datasets and debug pipelines.
- Productionize POCs from AI platforms into reliable workflows.
- Document integrations, agents, and data contracts for maintenance.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience with an integration platform, preferably Workato.
- 2+ years of experience with an object-oriented language, preferably Python.
- Experience integrating with REST and SOAP APIs using JSON/XML.
- Experience with ETL techniques and data modeling approaches.
- Experience writing SQL scripts for dataset analysis and troubleshooting.
- Experience with at least one major SaaS business system like Salesforce or NetSuite.
- Fluency in the English language.
