Responsibilities
- Contribute to building agentic AI products and backend capabilities.
- Design and deliver backend features with guidance from senior engineers.
- Translate technical specs into clean, scalable backend services and APIs.
- Help implement the core architecture of a new product.
- Work with cross-functional partners to understand requirements.
- Write clean, well-tested code and contribute to technical documentation.
- Participate in code reviews and uphold engineering standards.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of professional backend software engineering experience.
- Strong fundamentals in Java or Python with experience in production backend services.
- Exposure to or strong curiosity about agentic or generative AI systems.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Postgres, Databricks, and AWS.
- Ability to break down well-scoped problems and drive them to completion.
- Good product sense and willingness to collaborate with cross-functional partners.
- Comfort working in an early-stage or evolving environment.
