Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain integrations across EarnIn's enterprise application stack.
- Lead end-to-end integration delivery, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Automate manual data exchange workflows to improve data fidelity and reduce operational risk.
- Build and maintain custom applications and workflow extensions within enterprise platforms.
- Implement and maintain SOX ITGC-compliant controls across managed systems.
- Collaborate with the Enterprise IT Applications Manager to evolve the integration architecture roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master’s, or PhD degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience designing and operating enterprise application integrations in SaaS environments.
- Proficiency with at least one iPaaS or middleware platform and solid command of RESTful and SOAP API patterns.
- Significant hands-on experience building with AI and integrating LLM APIs into business applications.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and HRIS platforms (Workday preferred).
- Moderate experience with SOX ITGC requirements and identity and access provisioning via Okta.
- Some experience mentoring engineers and leading technical design reviews.
