Base Salary
$174k - $233k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build, deploy, and maintain production-grade AI and ML pipelines and backend services.
- Design and implement evaluation systems for LLM and agentic systems.
- Develop and deploy agentic AI systems in production.
- Lead initiatives from problem definition through deployment and monitoring.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to translate insights into product features.
- Build and optimize custom AI solutions through fine-tuning and quantization.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the product.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in production AI or ML work.
- Strong backend engineering fundamentals with experience in APIs and infrastructure.
- Demonstrated experience with LLM or agentic systems in production.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks.
- Experience leading projects end to end from research to deployment.
- Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong communication skills for distilling technical work for non-technical stakeholders.
