Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and optimize custom software solutions and components.
- Integrate SAP IBP with enterprise systems and data sources.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and make decisions for the team.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and coordinate cross-functional project goals and deliverables.
- Lead best-practice implementation to improve software development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor junior team members and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Mandatory experience with OBP.
- Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Experience integrating SAP IBP with enterprise systems and data sources.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and tools.
- Ability to optimize software for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
