Responsibilities
- Develop camera features in C++ and Python in collaboration with the hardware team.
- Lead code reviews, debugging, and bug fixes.
- Experiment with new development boards.
- Contribute to the existing codebase and frequently push new features over the air.
Requirements
- A BS or MS in Computer Science or a similar degree is required.
- At least 5 years of Linux software development experience using system programming languages such as C, C++, or Rust is required.
- Proficiency in modern C++ is required.
- Experience with embedded development or low-level system software is required.
- Knowledge of operating systems and computer architecture is required.
- Familiarity with at least one scripting language, such as Python or Bash, is required.
- Good communication and documentation skills are required.
- Must be willing and able to work onsite five days per week.
- Experience in machine learning or computer vision is preferred.
- Experience with heterogeneous computing, such as GPUs, DSPs, or other coprocessors or accelerators, is preferred.
