Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction, architecture, and delivery of custom software solutions.
- Lead and manage teams as a subject matter expert and make team-level technical decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and provide solutions to technical problems across teams.
- Establish and enforce development standards, coding practices, and code quality controls.
- Mentor team members and support their technical and professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate custom software solutions with existing enterprise systems.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address technical challenges affecting delivery timelines.
- Design scalable architectures, optimize performance, troubleshoot complex software issues, and conduct code reviews.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) and CSM architecture.
- Experience with App Engine, Case Management, integrations, B2C Public Portal, data modeling and design, data mapping and migration for CSM, and Document Intelligence.
- Strong expertise designing scalable software architectures aligned with business needs.
- Experience leading software development teams and managing technical workflows.
- Ability to enforce coding standards and conduct thorough code reviews.
- Skill in performance optimization and troubleshooting complex software issues.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for connecting custom solutions with enterprise systems.
- 15 years of full-time education.
