Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end UKG workforce-management solutions for timekeeping, absence management, scheduling, forecasting, and related operations.
- Architect and govern Boomi integration flows between ProWFM and HRIS, payroll, time tracking, ERP, reporting, and other enterprise systems.
- Design scalable, secure, low-latency integration solutions and improve connectivity, reliability, automation, and implementation outcomes.
- Analyze business requirements and technical environments, support complex product discoveries, and perform business-rule analysis, prioritization, and sizing.
- Build data pipelines and agentic processes and use AI to improve workforce-management workflows and user experience.
- Develop technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials.
- Guide automation, connected commerce, training, and delivery activities with multiple partners.
- Ensure compliance with security, data-governance, encryption, and GDPR requirements across global markets.
- Lead and coordinate team members, partners, and multiple deliverables across implementation milestones.
- Work flexible hours as needed for global project requirements and team collaboration.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years of UKG/Kronos ProWFM implementation experience.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
- Expertise designing and deploying cloud-based applications, preferably on GCP.
- Programming experience with Java and Python, plus API management and event-based systems.
- Experience with OpenAI concepts, including LLMs, RPA, and ML platforms.
- Experience with web services, REST APIs, synchronous and asynchronous communication, API documentation, versioning, monitoring, and public-cloud observability.
- Proficiency with Boomi AtomSphere, including custom connectors, APIs, and process flows.
- Experience with DevOps practices, continuous integration and deployment tools such as Jenkins and GitHub, and GitHub Actions.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, serverless architecture, IBM MQ, Kafka, GCP Pub/Sub, and cloud integration techniques.
- Experience writing test-driven code and maintaining automated tests for web services, REST APIs, and other architectural patterns.
- Hands-on experience with RDBMS and SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, and Looker Studio.
- Knowledge of authentication, security principles, encryption, data security, microservices and cloud security, and GDPR compliance.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum or Kanban tools.
- Ability to coordinate multiple deliverables, collaborate with partners, adopt new technologies, and guide teams.
