GenAI Developer / Engineer (Senior / Lead)

- Develop Generative AI and LLM-based systems using Python.
- Build RAG architectures using vector databases.
- Design and implement agentic AI workflows and autonomous or multi-agent solutions.
- Apply prompt engineering and validate LLM outputs for hallucinations and bias.
- Integrate applications with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google GenAI APIs.
- Work with APIs, microservices, databases, and cloud platforms.
- Apply knowledge of LLM tokenization, context windows, and cost/performance trade-offs.
Requirements
- Require 6–14 years of overall software development experience with strong Python proficiency.
- Require 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Generative AI/LLM-based systems, including prompt engineering.
- Require experience with RAG architectures and vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, or OpenSearch.
- Require hands-on experience with agentic AI workflows and autonomous or multi-agent solutions.
- Require working knowledge of LLM fundamentals, hallucinations, bias, and output validation.
- Require hands-on experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google GenAI APIs.
- Require familiarity with APIs, microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases, and AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Prefer experience with document processing or summarization, LLM evaluation frameworks, or MLOps/LLMOps practices.
