Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation using Harness, Jenkins Pipelines, Ansible, and Python.
- Manage controlled software releases in regulated and audited environments through formal change gate processes.
- Coordinate security scans, remediation tracking, enterprise risk acceptance, and mitigation with risk and security stakeholders.
- Oversee software asset and end-of-life lifecycle management using Flexera.
- Mentor team members and act as an escalation point for release, automation, and compliance issues.
Requirements
- Hands-on expertise building and managing automated pipelines with Harness, Jenkins Pipelines, and Ansible.
- Strong Python scripting and automation skills.
- Experience managing controlled releases in regulated and audited environments, including change gate processes.
- Experience with enterprise risk acceptance and mitigation, security scan coordination, and remediation tracking.
- Hands-on experience with Flexera and end-of-life software lifecycle management.
- Preferred: experience supporting payment or financial services platforms, familiarity with ServiceNow for change and incident management, and experience in PCI-regulated environments.
