Responsibilities

Own and deliver quarterly goals for the engineering team.
Lead engineers through ambiguity to solve open-ended problems.
Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics during the product development lifecycle.

4+ years of experience as a software engineer.
Experience in designing and launching backend systems using Python, Kotlin, AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
Proficient in shipping web apps using frameworks like React or Vue.
Ability to define technical plans for significant features with elegant designs.
Experience making significant changes in large codebases safely.
Demonstrated ownership of personal growth and proactive feedback seeking.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
