Base Salary
$145k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain DLP controls and tooling across multiple OS environments.
- Drive automation across DLP engineering and operations using LLMs and agentic AI.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deploy data protection technologies.
- Execute monitoring and metrics reporting to inform Data Protection leadership.
- Support the long-term data protection strategy by measuring control effectiveness.
Requirements
- 3+ years of security engineering experience with enterprise DLP programs.
- Experience building and operating insider threat and data protection technologies.
- Proficiency in creating scalable, automated security processes using ML/AI tooling.
- Knowledge of the insider threat landscape and legal considerations for sensitive data.
- Ability to utilize generative AI responsibly with human oversight.
