Responsibilities
- Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team.
- Analyze requirements, seek clarification, contribute to acceptance criteria, estimate work, and deliver committed user stories.
- Design, develop, review, and maintain defect- and vulnerability-conscious application code meeting functional and non-functional requirements.
- Develop Oracle objects, PL/SQL code, complex SQL queries, logical and physical data models, and DDLs.
- Collaborate with DBAs and server-side and UI developers to build end-to-end solutions.
- Apply DevOps practices including automated builds, unit and functional testing, static and dynamic scans, and regression testing.
- Troubleshoot production incidents, provide customer support, and eliminate issues through root-cause resolution.
- Automate repetitive tasks across the software development lifecycle and support application, service, and data migration to AWS.
- Contribute to peer reviews, team performance, technical debt reduction, and full-stack delivery.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of Oracle PL/SQL development experience in web application development.
- Experience with Angular, Java, and the Oracle technology stack.
- Expertise in logical and physical data models and DDL maintenance.
- Expertise with Oracle objects, PL/SQL code, and complex SQL queries.
- Ability to collaborate with server-side and UI developers and DBAs on end-to-end solutions.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud and migration of applications, services, and data to AWS.
- Familiarity with ETLs and data migrations.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
