Base Salary

$123k - $145k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop well-architected, responsive, and performant web applications.
  • Create highly reliable and available software systems for Starlink.
  • Design and implement fault-tolerant networks for long-term operation.
  • Deliver expert level TypeScript React code for modern browsers.
  • Engage in full stack application development within a .NET micro-service architecture.
  • Focus on continuous monitoring and alerting for data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to drive successful business outcomes.
  • Work with other engineering teams to enhance architecture and design processes.
  • Deep dive into user problems to create efficient solutions.
  • Participate in team collaborations on architecture, design, and code reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a STEM discipline and 1+ years of full-stack software experience, or 3+ years of professional experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Programming experience in Python, C#, .NET, Go, Scala, Java, or similar object-oriented languages.
  • Production experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Front-end experience in Angular, React, or similar JavaScript frameworks.
  • Database experience with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar technologies.
  • Familiarity with version control, continuous integration, and continuous delivery concepts.
  • Expertise in profiling and improving application performance.
  • Experience with build systems and package management tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and a drive to deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
