Responsibilities
- Manage ForgeRock-based lifecycle management integrations for Identity Governance and Administration.
- Plan, design, and execute IAM engineering projects covering provisioning, deprovisioning, RBAC, access reviews, and service account management.
- Design and implement IAM solutions, architectures, automation accelerators, and process improvements.
- Troubleshoot IAM issues, conduct root-cause analyses, and implement solutions improving performance, security, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with IT, security, application development, and business stakeholders to extend IAM controls across enterprise assets.
- Monitor IAM operations for performance and compliance with SOPs.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and lead initiatives without direct managerial authority.
- Create and maintain knowledge articles, architecture diagrams, SOPs, and IAM infrastructure maintenance procedures.
- Research emerging IAM technologies and drive continuous engineering improvement.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of IAM principles, including provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, RBAC, and least privilege.
- Familiarity with SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, Active Directory, REST APIs, SCIM, and system-to-system authentication methods.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS and hybrid identity environments.
- Ability to lead technical initiatives, collaborate effectively, and drive results without direct managerial authority.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, written English, and teamwork skills, including flexibility across time zones.
- ForgeRock or AWS certifications are preferred.
- Experience with Okta, CyberArk, or Ping is preferred.
- Knowledge of SOX, HIPAA, or GDPR compliance frameworks is preferred.
