Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-traffic services and APIs for product-content processing at scale.
- Deliver features end-to-end from design input through production deployment.
- Contribute to the architectural evolution and long-term health of Content Quality systems.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams on content-domain challenges.
- Monitor and optimize system performance for global users.
- Manage product content through ingestion, validation, enrichment, and customer-facing exposure.
- Own services through design, debugging, post-deployment monitoring, and scaling.
- Participate in code reviews and apply TDD, Continuous Delivery, and Scrum practices.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience building robust applications in Python.
- Experience with, or strong interest in building, large-scale distributed systems handling high request volumes.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Hands-on exposure to AWS or GCP and configuration-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Helm.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD tools including ArgoCD and Drone.
- Experience with observability tools and practices including Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, and distributed tracing.
- Solid knowledge of relational databases including PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Solid knowledge of NoSQL databases including MongoDB, DynamoDB, and Redis.
- Exposure to Golang is a plus.
- Collaborative problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, strong ownership, and effective communication skills.
