Responsibilities
- Own product areas from concept through deployment.
- Build fully agentic systems that automate complex recruiting workflows.
- Ship features to production daily and balance rapid iteration with scale and quality.
- Talk with customers and iterate the product based on feedback.
- Collaborate directly with the CTO and founding engineers as an early member of the team.
Requirements
- Very strong software engineering background with experience in TypeScript and React.
- Strong practical experience working with AI and coding with AI tools.
- Experience with LLM APIs is a bonus.
- High-agency, resourceful startup mindset with strong ownership and execution.
- Willingness to work in an intensive, highly collaborative founding-team environment.
