Responsibilities

Guide clients through the onboarding process for successful adoption of solutions.
Act as a liaison with clients to determine project requirements and deliverables.
Prepare technical specifications for developers.
Create user and training documentation for smooth operations.
Troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with developers.
Develop internal tools and scripts to streamline operations.
Analyze data and provide insights to customers and colleagues.
Proactively follow up with clients based on project timelines.

Good knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, and iOS or Android application development.
Strong oral and written communication skills in Japanese (native level).
Ability to perform maintenance and debugging tasks for Web and App SDK-related solutions.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
2+ years of experience in a relevant position.
