Responsibilities
- Design and build threat detection, prevention, and response systems for large-scale platforms, infrastructure, and endpoints.
- Develop security defenses for LLM-based systems and AI agent architectures, including addressing novel attack surfaces and agentic workflow risks.
- Own deployment, capacity planning, reliability, observability, and continuous iteration for globally distributed security systems.
- Partner with global cross-functional teams to convert ambiguous problems and emerging threats into requirements and shipped security capabilities.
- Lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and influence security direction beyond the immediate team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Strong algorithms and data structures fundamentals and proficiency in Go, Java, or Rust.
- Strong backend development skills, including cloud-native infrastructure, networking, and reliable services at scale.
- Experience with AI-assisted and agentic development workflows.
- Preferred experience with threat detection and response systems, detection engineering, automated response pipelines, and modern security architectures.
- Preferred familiarity with LLM and AI-agent security issues such as prompt injection, model abuse, tool-use exploitation, and securing agentic workflows.
- Preferred experience with Kubernetes, observability stacks, large-scale streaming or batch data pipelines, and distributed systems.
- Preferred experience working in globally distributed teams and driving cross-functional projects end to end.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically, solve ambiguous problems, lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and influence direction.
