Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and improve scalable, maintainable, and performant software solutions.
- Build, fine-tune, and evaluate AI agents and LLM-powered applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and solution strategies.
- Participate in code reviews, promote code quality and knowledge sharing, and contribute to technology communities.
- Apply secure coding practices and effective unit testing to improve software reliability and protect sensitive data.
- Contribute to enterprise-scale AI/ML solution design and support.
- Lead or guide complex assignments, influence stakeholders, manage risk, and strengthen controls.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with generative AI, agentic AI, and large language model technologies.
- Experience building, fine-tuning, and evaluating AI agents and LLM-powered applications.
- Proficiency in Python development and AI application frameworks.
- Experience with LangChain, Langfuse, and related AI orchestration tools.
- Experience with relational databases such as MS SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Demonstrated experience designing and supporting enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON/XML, microservices, and cloud-native application architectures is desirable.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools such as Jenkins and GitLab is desirable.
- Familiarity with MLOps, AI observability, monitoring, and model lifecycle management is desirable.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
