Responsibilities
- Build complex custom Salesforce logic with Apex, including asynchronous, batch, and service-layer patterns.
- Develop high-performance Lightning Web Components and maintain scalable, secure solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and guide developers on enterprise patterns, Apex practices, debugging, and Salesforce standards.
- Partner with the Solution Architect and QA team to validate feasibility, support testing, and deliver stable releases.
- Execute high-volume Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Manage Git version control and the Salesforce deployment pipeline to maintain environment parity.
- Troubleshoot governor-limit issues, concurrency errors, and complex integration failures.
- Identify and refactor technical debt while supporting sprint efficiency and clear handoffs across teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Salesforce development experience, including work with global organizations.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related field.
- Professional experience with Salesforce CRM development, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Understanding of Salesforce Enterprise Patterns, Event-Driven Architecture, Platform Events, and REST/SOAP API development.
- Experience managing high transaction volumes and complex customer data models.
- Experience working in globally distributed teams and with CI/CD practices in Salesforce environments.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification; Platform Developer II or Salesforce JavaScript Developer I certifications are advantageous.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with Marketing Cloud or other advanced personalization engines is advantageous.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and English-language skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices is a plus.
