Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain agentic AI applications using modern AI frameworks.
- Develop scalable Python solutions for agent orchestration, workflow automation, data processing, API integrations, and AI-driven applications.
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines, vector search capabilities, prompt engineering frameworks, and memory management systems.
- Leverage LLMs, vector databases, and semantic search technologies to deliver accurate AI solutions.
- Evaluate, prototype, and integrate emerging technologies including MCP and A2A communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products and features.
- Perform experimentation, testing, performance optimization, and debugging to improve scalability, reliability, and accuracy.
- Apply software engineering practices including code reviews, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, including object-oriented programming, with experience using NumPy, Pandas, FastAPI, and Streamlit.
- Experience building enterprise software applications with a strong focus on Python and generative AI technologies.
- Hands-on experience developing AI solutions with LLMs, agentic AI frameworks, RAG, and modern AI orchestration patterns.
- Exposure to vector databases and AI technologies such as FAISS, Milvus, and Hugging Face.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- A master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field is preferred.
