Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems for integrity and safety features.
- Lead the technical design and implementation of backend solutions for integrity risk management.
- Develop and deploy machine learning models to tackle integrity challenges.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and security teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Drive the technical vision and roadmap for backend integrity systems.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to other engineers.
- Implement best practices in software engineering and machine learning.
- Optimize the performance and reliability of existing integrity platforms.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience focused on backend systems.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in designing and operating large-scale distributed systems.
- Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, or C++.
- Hands-on experience applying machine learning techniques to integrity and safety challenges.
- Strong understanding of the machine learning lifecycle.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for complex technical issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results.
