Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of scalable, high-availability cloud infrastructure.
- Own the reliability of services handling billions of weekly requests.
- Drive the evolution of Infrastructure as Code patterns using Terraform.
- Continuously optimize pipelines and delivery processes.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical roadmaps.
- Research and prototype to optimize Twilio's API infrastructure.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Cloud, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, Go, or another programming language.
- Proven track record of designing AWS cloud-native solutions.
- Advanced experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
- Deep understanding of SLIs, SLOs, and monitoring strategies.
- Strong background in microservices architecture.
- Ability to lead technical projects and communicate complex concepts.
