Base Salary
$130k - $500k/yr
Responsibilities
- Innovate and develop evaluation methodologies and flywheels for continuous data quality improvement.
- Design and build synthetic data generation systems and simulation environments.
- Architect and ship operational automation systems for data pipeline efficiency.
- Collaborate with Operations, Research, and Product teams to create scalable engineering solutions.
- Own end-to-end delivery of critical systems from prototyping to production.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering skills with a proven track record in production systems.
- Experience with AI/ML data pipelines, evaluation frameworks, or training data systems.
- Ability to design for scalability, quality, and operational reliability.
- Comfort in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with ownership and pragmatism.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with various teams.
- Experience with synthetic data generation or large-scale data quality systems is highly valued.
